A wonderful and wonderfully succinct list of the functions of art. How does art serve us? One could extend this list indefinitely!
We all have our reasons to create, love and appreciate art. There are so many talented artist and so many beautiful meaningful paintings out there today.
Everyone should have the joy of owning original art. Be ti if you paint yourself or don't. It is very accessible.
Another purpose of art - to FREE the artist from all that would bind them.
